UTS scope agreed for phase I normally would have taken 6 to 8 months of time where us we delivered in less than 2 months. Our Organization is aggressively adopting the Agile Transformation Agenda. Caliber Solutions has worked as a catalyst here. Caliber Solutions has provided training on SAFE Agilist to about 30 Senior and 60 Midlevel Management covering both conceptual knowledge and real-life implementation of the same. The immersive learning experience has enabled the acceleration on the ground. About 10 EPICS - aligned to CEO's agenda are in the run mode and are coached by CS in every step of this transformation.
