Business Analyst

Objectives

• Extracting the requirement from Business team

• Design Process Flowchart (AS Is & TO Be Process flow) and document complete requirements to avoid understanding gaps if any

• Translate or break down business requirements into development scenarios

• Interaction with Business Users to ensure complete coverage of requirements and provide suggestions wherever needed to automate the process in best possible way

• Testing of developed processes (SIT/UAT)

• Interaction with customer/ core team on status update, resolution of issues etc.

• Enable quality assurance checks on deliverables

• Provide Cross Functional Training and Go Live Support

Knowledge of RPA technologies

• Experience in Agile methodology and JIRA tool hands-on

• Experience in understanding business processes implemented in enterprise applications like Salesforce.com, Workday, Netsuite, Concur, Coupa etc.

• Experience to effectively engage and work with a global team

• Great verbal and written communication along with presentation skills

• Strong process minded thinking, problem solver and solutions oriented

• Thinkers and analyzers - with the ability to engage with stakeholders to listen, understand and respond to their needs in rapidly changing business environments

• Fluent written and spoken English is mandatory, fluency in any other languages is a plus
